Starting a new month has always been a pretty exciting time for me. I love the idea that a new start is here and I get to reevaluate my life and my goals. Am I making progress on my goals? Are the goals I’ve set still relevant? If the answer is no, then I get to rethink the goals and see how I can keep improving myself and my life.
For those of you who read my last blog post, you’ll know that my life has been changing a lot. Since those changes, I’ve been thinking about my goals even more. So I figured that this would be a perfect time to write a post here all about my July goals.
I’m pretty sure that you all know that I love Animal Crossing by now. It’s taking over my life and I’m not sorry at all. I’ve played for over 280 hours so far and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon.
I finally got a 5 star island just the other day so I’m still super excited about that too.
Animal Crossing is taking over my life. Everything I do revolves around the game these days. Even when I see a bug in real life, my brain instantly tries to work out how many bells that bug is worth. If only I carried a net with me in real life too.
I have now nearly clocked 200 hours of Animal Crossing: New Horizons gameplay and I don’t intend on stopping anytime soon.
My wonderful friend, Estelle has created an Animal Crossing themed tag and I was so happy to be tagged.
The best thing about Animal Crossing: New Horizons is that there’s something new to do every day. As well as those new tasks, you can complete some daily checklist tasks. These tasks will help you make the most of my time on your island. Many of these tasks can be completed everyday so it’s pretty easy to create a routine out of these.
You don’t have to do all of these everyday because you’ll find that some of these work well for your island well but others just don’t work for you. That’s why I love Animal Crossing though. Everyone plays for them and you can play at your own pace. It’s just such a calming game.
I love, love, love Animal Crossing! If you’re anything like me then you’ll love it too.
I thought it would be fun to list a few features that a lot of us are hoping for from the the 2019 game.
Just a few months back, Nintendo announced that they were be releasing Animal Crossing in 2019. There’s not much information out about it so far but here’s what we all hope is added to the game.
Relationships Between The Characters
I want to see more relationships between the villagers. Things like dating, friends, enemies, etc. It’d be awesome to be invited to your villagers weddings.
A Bigger Town
The gamecube version of Animal Crossing had the largest size world. New Leaf is only 1/3 of the size of the largest world. That is why we want more space. We could have a whole load of new space for new plants, projects and ponds. They could even increase the villager limit.
More Side Quests
You would never find yourself with nothing to do. Every time you speak to a villager, you could be asked to do a task or quest from villagers. That was you will be able to play the game for longer without running out of things to do.
